The peripheral transmission concentrator is mainly composed of a main beam (working bridge), supports and collection devices, driving devices, scraping and collecting devices, overflow devices, and control cabinets. The support consists of a fixed support seat, a rotary bearing, and a frame, which can simultaneously withstand axial force, radial force, and overturning moment. The collector device adopts a slip ring type collector device, consisting of a collector ring and a brush holder. The main beam is a large component that connects the support and the walking end beam, with walkway boards and railings on it.
The peripheral transmission concentrator drive device is equipped with an over torque protection mechanism, which will alarm and stop the machine when the torque reaches the set value, making the operation more automatic. The transmission device has been optimized for higher efficiency and a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. It can further separate the free water in the concentrated sludge, reduce the sludge volume, improve the sludge concentration effect, and facilitate the improvement of sedimentation efficiency.
